Thérapie asked us to help them supercharge their ongoing recruitment efforts.

We came up with an ambitious plan: to create a large suite of still and video content shot in Dublin and London over three days. From Leeson Street to Baker Street, we interviewed over 30 employees from all parts of the business to see why they love doing their best work in Thérapie. All while our excellent friend Harry Rhys Thomas shot gorgeous stills of the over 30 people.

While the initial brief was focussed on a single landing page video, we wanted to equip the Talent Acquisition team with all the tools they may need. Delivering a rich content pool full of personality to elevate their brand with a striking, lively, vibrant look.
